Responsibilities
Send commercial materials, presentations and proposals to international clients.
Participate in client meetings (remote or in-person), take notes and provide support for any resulting requests.
Deliver institutional and portfolio presentations to clients.
Assist in tracking leads, proposals, and opportunities in the CRM.
Support the commercial team with administrative tasks (organization of documents, contracts, reports, spreadsheets).
Update dashboards and basic area metrics.
Monitor follow-up processes with clients and suppliers when necessary.
Provide logistical and operational support for commercial activities and international events.
Collaborate with other internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Academic, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery to the client.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed: Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Fluent English.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, proactive, and good interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides) and Excel/Sheets.
Previous experience with commercial routines or international customer service.
Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, RD Station, Pipedrive, etc.).
Experience sending materials, proposals, and performing commercial follow-up.
