Internship position in human resources at an international agency based in Barcelona. Engaging in various HR topics, candidate management, and active sourcing.
Responsibilities
Maintain candidate profiles and manage applicants (e.g., invitations, information, rejections, etc.) in Softgarden
Serve as the primary contact for incoming queries from applicants and handle communication with personnel service providers
Support active sourcing by searching for and reaching out to promising candidates
Assist in creating, updating, and managing job postings on portals
Conduct interviews with candidates independently
Participate in various HR projects
Requirements
Currently enrolled as a student and available for 3–6 months
Studying or completing comparable training, ideally in human resources, psychology, humanities, social sciences, or economics
Initial practical experience in recruiting, preferably at an agency or HR consultancy, is desirable but not required
Ideally familiar with active sourcing (Talentmanager, LinkedIn) and applicant management systems (e.g., Haufe, Softgarden, etc.)
Interested in a wide range of HR topics, enjoys working in a team, and values open communication
Confident user of MS Office and strong written and spoken English and Spanish skills
