Responsibilities
Collaborate with site leadership to maintain employee engagement and build company culture

Requirements
5 years of increased responsibility in the Human Resources field
Bachelor’s required in related field
3 plus years leading and managing HR team
Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
Excellent leadership, team building, communication and organizational skills
Experienced at working with speed, pragmatism and professionalism, ideally in an entrepreneurial culture
