Performance Marketing Manager at Upway focuses on customer acquisition via performance marketing strategies. Leading execution and optimization of marketing campaigns for electric mobility.
Responsibilities
Build a comprehensive Performance Marketing strategy (SEA, paid Social Media, Affiliates, etc.) aiming at driving traffic and generating revenues for our European business.
Launch and continuously optimize campaigns (bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages, etc.) to increase their overall profitability.
Closely monitor campaigns performance by implementing best practices in terms of attribution and by building dashboards.
Allocate our Performance Marketing budget (millions of Euros per year!) efficiently across platforms and campaigns.
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in Marketing analytics or related fields such as business consulting.
Stellar analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Proficiency with Performance Marketing platforms (mostly Google Ads and Meta Ads).
Experience working with Performance Marketing tracking tools and attribution mechanisms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
Good communication skills to present results in an informative and persuasive way to a wide range of stakeholders (Co-Founders, General Managers, Tech).
SQL proficiency is a plus.
