Responsibilities
Ensure the efficient and continuous operation of systems;
Provide Tier II technical support for end users, resolving complex issues related to digital products;
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on systems to ensure availability and proper performance;
Deliver and develop training for end users and Tier I support staff, ensuring they understand how to use systems effectively;
Manage incidents reported by users, following troubleshooting procedures and escalating when necessary;
Monitoring and Alerts: Configure and tune monitoring tools;
Maintain up-to-date technical documentation about the systems, including support procedures and troubleshooting guides;
Work collaboratively with software development teams to ensure end-user needs are addressed in the systems;
Ensure systems comply with the cooperative's specific standards and regulations.
Requirements
Completed bachelor's degree.
Experience in systems support and IT service management.
Desirable experience with API testing, support tools, and DevOps.
Desirable certifications in operating systems (for example, Microsoft Certified Professional), networking (for example, CompTIA Network+), or in specific healthcare systems (such as certifications provided by healthcare system vendors).
