Responsibilities
Optimise our AI support bot by reviewing responses, refining flows, and improving answer accuracy.
Support customers with data uploads and validation, troubleshooting complex issues (e.g. large files, formatting errors, validation mismatches).
Investigate technical issues raised by customers and collaborate with product and engineering to resolve root causes.
Analyse recurring support patterns and AI performance insights to inform product and automation improvements.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation, FAQs, and guidance to strengthen self-serve support.
Requirements
