About the role
- Assist in negotiating parts and services with suppliers, ensuring efficient internal demand handling at Unidas. Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a candidate to support negotiations of parts and services directly with repair shops and distributors, maintaining strategic relationships and keeping supplier negotiations up to date.
- Monitor the area's performance indicators, using data to propose and implement continuous process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand and ensure their requests are met efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with the company's internal procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good communication skills for dealing with suppliers;
- Resilience to handle a high workload;
- Organized and able to manage competing demands.
