About the role
- Media Buyer negotiating with service providers such as Print and Digital. Developing negotiation strategies and optimizing procurement processes in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct negotiations with media service providers (print, OOH, radio, digital, etc.)
- Prepare strategic meetings and negotiations with suppliers and service providers
- Develop negotiation strategies to ensure optimal terms
- Procure services in line with cost, schedule, and quality requirements
- Prepare proposals and create proposal comparisons
- Select and evaluate suppliers based on quality standards
- Monitor the market and analyze pricing, product, and service categories
- Further develop and optimize procurement processes
Requirements
- Completed relevant vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in procurement
- Confident user of MS Office tools
- Excellent German language skills
- Good English language skills
