Responsibilities
Management information for new (0 km) vehicles that are in the implementation process, along with suggestions for improvements to internal processes;
Monitoring and analyzing initial processes to apply the activity;
Accessorization/fitting of new (0 km) vehicles with accuracy, keeping the system updated with current information;
Daily delivery forecasts (Implementation Map);
Analysis and presentation of the implementation map with daily forecasts for all new vehicles that are in the implementation process (vehicles pending invoicing until implementation is complete);
Creation of delivery variance reports (Planned vs. Actual), etc.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint;
Good communication skills to interact with suppliers;
Resilience to handle high workloads;
Organized approach to managing tasks and demands.
