About the role
- Administrative Analyst role at Unidas handling vehicle management processes and internal improvements. Collaborating with different teams for implementing accurate delivery and vehicle info management.
Responsibilities
- Management information for new (0 km) vehicles that are in the implementation process, along with suggestions for improvements to internal processes;
- Monitoring and analyzing initial processes to apply the activity;
- Accessorization/fitting of new (0 km) vehicles with accuracy, keeping the system updated with current information;
- Daily delivery forecasts (Implementation Map);
- Analysis and presentation of the implementation map with daily forecasts for all new vehicles that are in the implementation process (vehicles pending invoicing until implementation is complete);
- Creation of delivery variance reports (Planned vs. Actual), etc.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good communication skills to interact with suppliers;
- Resilience to handle high workloads;
- Organized approach to managing tasks and demands.
