Responsibilities
Lead the paid media strategy with a focus on performance (ROAS, CPL, and conversion);
Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads;
Partner with the agency, guiding strategies, validating campaign structures, and ensuring execution quality;
Analyze performance data and generate insights for continuous campaign optimization;
Plan and execute A/B tests (creatives, targeting, landing pages);
Prepare reports and presentations of results for stakeholders;
Ensure optimal allocation of investment with a focus on efficiency and scalability;
Collaborate with internal teams (Communications, CRM, Sales), connecting media to the marketing funnel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields;
Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns;
Proficiency with major media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads);
Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization;
Knowledge of the marketing funnel and digital acquisition strategies;
Experience analyzing data using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, or similar;
Experience building reports and presenting results.
