About the role
- CI Center Operations Specialist ensuring operational accuracy in banking systems updates and reports. Supporting operations with Hogan CIS and data management in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary operational support for Hogan CIS, DDA, TDA, and the Corporate Reference application
- Process requests for correction or maintenance promptly, and evaluate requests based on current regulations and compliance guidelines
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate resolution with Hogan BSA and internal technology partners
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and operational procedures
- Provide subject matter support to the team and business partners in unpredictable scenarios
- Perform testing and validation for system enhancements, configuration changes, and vendor releases
- Create and produce reports to analyze operational data, reconcile inconsistencies, and to identify trends or performance issues and improvement opportunities
- Perform in-depth research utilizing a variety of reports and systems
- Build, run, and troubleshoot macros to support bulk processing
- Proactively identify opportunities for operational enhancement
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience with banking or financial processing or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail with strong documentation and organizational skills
- Customer Service experience in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of bank services and operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, managers, and business partners
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to determine priorities, plan, organize, and follow through on tasks
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word & SharePoint)
