About the role

  • Marketing Coordinator assisting UJA Federation in planning and executing marketing initiatives. Collaborative role managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment in hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track creative projects from intake through completion
  • Proactively follow up with Designers, Writers, and the Digital team
  • Gather, organize, and maintain all required creative assets
  • Coordinate asset delivery, feedback, and approvals with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Conduct rigorous follow-up to stay on the critical path
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings as required
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Marketing team

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or a related coordination role
  • Current knowledge of print and digital production process
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues across teams and disciplines
  • Proactive with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effectively presents work, and collects and communicates feedback
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike or similar platforms is considered an asset
