Marketing Coordinator assisting UJA Federation in planning and executing marketing initiatives. Collaborative role managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment in hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
Manage and track creative projects from intake through completion
Proactively follow up with Designers, Writers, and the Digital team
Gather, organize, and maintain all required creative assets
Coordinate asset delivery, feedback, and approvals with internal stakeholders and external partners
Conduct rigorous follow-up to stay on the critical path
Coordinate and schedule meetings as required
Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Marketing team
Requirements
1-3 years’ relevant work experience
Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or a related coordination role
Current knowledge of print and digital production process
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues across teams and disciplines
Proactive with excellent organizational and time management skills
Effectively presents work, and collects and communicates feedback
Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike or similar platforms is considered an asset
