About the role

  • Marketing Associate focusing on visual storytelling and brand development for WithersRavenel. Collaborating on marketing initiatives, creating content, and representing the firm at events in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Support a variety of marketing initiatives that bring the WithersRavenel brand to life
  • This includes creating visual content through photography and videography, assisting with proposals and marketing materials, coordinating conferences and events, maintaining digital marketing assets, and supporting brand consistency across platforms
  • This role also represents the firm at events and collaborates closely with technical and marketing teams to help tell the story of our people and projects
  • This role requires periodic travel to offices, project sites, and industry events to support photography, videography, and conference participation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience; experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry is preferred but not required
  • Experience with professional graphic design and general photography and videography
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Smartsheet, and/or AI-driven tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support project schedules
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, stay organized, and deliver high-quality results
