About the role
- Lawyer advising on patent law for national and international clients, focusing on handling patent litigation cases. Join Bird & Bird's Patent Litigation-Team in Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Mandanten bei Patentprozessen.
- Beratung in sämtlichen Fragen zum Patentrecht.
- Beteiligung an großen, internationalen Patentstreitigkeiten auf Kläger- und Beklagtenseite.
- Verfassen von Klageschriften und anderen Schriftsätzen.
- Teilnahme an mündlichen Verhandlungen beim Einheitlichen Patentgericht (UPC) und nationalen Gerichten sowie dem Europäischen Patentamt.
- Zusammenarbeit im Team mit Rechts- und Patentanwält:innen.
Requirements
- Zwei überdurchschnittliche Staatsexamina und idealerweise ausländische Studienerfahrung.
- Erste Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, wir begrüßen allerdings auch Berufsanfänger:innen.
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Interesse.
- Patentrechtliche Vorkenntnisse sind nicht zwingend erforderlich, jedoch gerne gesehen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Professionelle, argumentationsstarke Kommunikation.
