About the role
- Senior Legal Counsel providing in-house legal services and advice in renewable energy sector for REDEN. Managing corporate transactions and legal support for M&A projects with a multicultural team in Wiesbaden.
Responsibilities
- Carry out in-house legal services and provide legal advice for the Iberian management and business partners
- Manage and monitor the portfolio of domestic companies
- Provide support for capital transactions and internal reorganization
- Organize and provide legal support for M&A transactions
- Analyze, draft and negotiate contracts in German or English
- Manage and oversee litigation cases
- Develop and implement guidelines on regulatory and compliance matters
- Organize work and manage resources in the legal department
Requirements
- Master’s degree in German Corporate law or Renewable Energy Law
- At least 5 years of experience as an in-house legal advisor in the renewable energy sector
- Fluency in both German and English
