Responsibilities
- Work in civil and corporate litigation on strategic disputes, maintaining direct contact with the firm's partners.
- Draft complex court pleadings, memoranda, and legal opinions.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, trainees, and interns.
- Participate in arbitration hearings, meetings with judges and appellate judges, and deliver oral arguments.
- Write articles and deliver presentations for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent degree in Law.
- Postgraduate specialization and/or advanced degree in Civil Law, Corporate Law, and/or Civil Procedure.
- Experience in strategic litigation.
- Experience representing clients in judicial and arbitral proceedings.
- Analytical, organized, proactive, and strong communication skills.
