Dental Community & Professional Marketing Lead at SURI nurturing a community of dental professionals while executing a professional-focused marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
Build and grow SURI’s community of dental professionals across the UK, EU, and US.
Own the engagement roadmap — events, webinars, peer groups, newsletters, educational content, online forums, etc.
Facilitate conversations and networking between dental professionals, ensuring a valuable and active community environment.
Capture qualitative insights from the community to inform SURI’s product, education, and marketing strategies.
Track key community metrics (member growth, engagement, feedback, sentiment).
Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at dental professionals — from digital content to in-practice assets and CPD-style educational materials.
Build strong communications tailored to dentists and hygienists, grounded in evidence, clinical credibility, and compliant messaging.
Create compelling content: case studies, clinical summaries, professional newsletters, social content, testimonials, and event materials.
Support partnerships with dental schools, associations, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Ensure all professional marketing follows regulatory, ethical, and claims-compliance requirements.
Plan and deliver SURI’s presence at dental conferences, trade shows, and educational events.
Build relationships with KOLs, dental educators, practice groups, and influencers within the profession.
Manage ambassador or early-adopter programmes for dental professionals.
Coordinate sampling, product-education initiatives, and in-practice trials.
Work closely with SURI’s Brand, Growth, Product, and Innovation teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
Report on performance through clear KPIs covering community, engagement, and professional marketing.
Bring back real-world insights from clinical professionals to shape future NPD, claims, messaging, and educational initiatives.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in healthcare, dental, medical device, or pharmaceutical marketing, ideally in a community- or engagement-focused role.
Strong understanding of how to communicate with regulated or professional audiences.
Experience running events, webinars, or educational programmes for professionals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to translate science and product benefits into credible, compelling storytelling.
