Responsibilities
Manage and grow the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms
Create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business
Negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand
Coordinate with different in-house teams to ensure success of your brand(s)
Responsible for account NMV and revenue growth
Work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services
Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy / promotions / growth levers for brands
Manage cross-functional team to drive brand performance
Collaborate on onboarding and growth plans for new brands
Work together with Category Manager to ensure account retention and growth
Requirements
2-3 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
