Responsibilities
Order Processing: Translate incoming card system orders for laundry facilities into production-ready work orders within our internal ERP system.
Production Coordination: Communicate order requirements and schedule priorities to the production team to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Customer Enrollment: Onboard new and existing customers onto our hardware and software platforms.
Order & Customer Communications: Respond promptly to order and customer-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the order processing workflow to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
