Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and become the go-to person for all things revenue operations.

Work with the leadership team to set ambitious financial goals and make sure the operational frameworks are in place to reach them.
Manage and improve our revenue tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms, to ensure tools are used effectively and deliver results.
Design, document, and enforce clear revenue processes so teams are aligned and working efficiently.
Continuously analyze, optimize, and evolve processes to keep up with our fast-growing Series A pace.
Requirements
🌟Who you are
You have **3+ years in Revenue Operations** and are excited by the idea of building a RevOps function from the ground up in a growing scale-up.
You know **HubSpot inside and out** and have hands-on experience with a variety of other sales, marketing, and customer success tools.
You’ve **owned RevOps end-to-end**, from process design to technology adoption to reporting and analysis.
You have a **deep understanding of the full revenue cycle** and make decisions based on data, not guesswork.
You thrive in fast-moving environments and are motivated by creating **real impact** across the business.
