Revenue Operations Specialist responsible for pricing strategy execution across storage and boat rental products. Ensuring consistent operational outcomes and driving revenue results.
Responsibilities
Execute approved pricing strategies for storage and boat rental products to include new, renewal, and launch pricing
Build, maintain, and update rate cards and load pricing into marina management systems (MMS)
Ensure pricing changes comply with established pricing guardrails, approvals, and controls
Support annual pricing business plans and portfolio-wide pricing rollouts
Support pricing-driven revenue budget creation
Partner with the Asset Management and FP&A departments to align pricing execution for future seasons
Track execution versus approved pricing plans and flag risks or variances
Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing execution inquiries from Operations, Property Business Development, and General Managers
Coordinate with Systems, Operations, and Asset Management teams to ensure smooth implementation
Identify execution issues, system limitations, or process inefficiencies impacting pricing outcomes
Provide structured feedback to Asset Management on execution challenges and field adoption
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must have a minimum of one to three (1-3)+ years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, commercial operations, or analytically driven operational roles
Must have strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage complex, time-sensitive execution
Must have experience working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and commercial teams
Must have strong Excel skills, experience with pricing systems, ERP, or operational systems preferred
Must have outstanding written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills while being able to effectively distill and communicate actionable insights at various levels of the organization
Must have a proven ability to build strong working relationships with peers, department heads, General Managers and senior executives as a trusted and objective advisor with the know-how to motivate change and results by maneuvering through formal and informal organizational channels as needed
