Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define requirements, and create clear, actionable documentation
Break down requirements into detailed, consumable user stories for Agile delivery teams
Conduct functional and non-functional requirements gathering, refinement, and validation
Support product intake processes, including initial scoping and impact analysis where needed
Collaborate across portfolios—aligning technical and business stakeholders on priorities and outcomes
Evaluate system integrations, data flows, and application behavior to support technical discussions
Work closely with developers, architects, and product owners to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements
Provide analytical insights, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to solution recommendations
Requirements
5–7+ years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across matrixed teams
Experience translating complex business needs into functional + non-functional requirements
Ability to create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams
Solid understanding of system integration concepts, data/integration layers, and technical workflows
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Comfort working across multiple portfolios, platforms, and stakeholder groups
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Business analysis or agile certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSM, PSPO, etc.) are a plus but not required
