Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on support for Workday modules: HCM, Financials, SCM, and Planning.
Assist business stakeholders with configuration updates, troubleshooting, and release feature assessments.
Support testing and deployment of Workday releases and enhancements.
Collaborate with functional leads to translate business requirements into Workday configurations.
Design, configure, and maintain Workday security roles, domain and business process security policies, and dynamic security groups.
Lead security audits and ensure compliance with internal audit standards through proactive monitoring and documentation.
Manage authentication strategies including SSO, MFA, and environment-specific access (e.g., Production vs. Sandbox).
Respond to security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement remediation plans.
Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to align security practices with enterprise risk and regulatory frameworks.
Maintain security documentation, training materials, and change control records.
Design and develop scalable integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Lead integration lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Monitor and optimize integration performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics.
Ensure secure access to sensitive data and compliance with data governance policies.
Requirements
3+ years of Workday experience across multiple modules (HCM, FIN, SCM, Adaptive, Strategic Sourcing, PRISM).
2+ years of hands-on Workday security administration experience.
Proven experience with Workday integrations and technical troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of Workday business processes and organizational design.
Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer, and security configuration.
Workday certifications in Security, HCM, or Integrations preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
