Responsibilities
Supporting the Head of business process capability development in building, scaling, driving adoption, and governing the organization’s strategic process capabilities
Managing tools, skills, training, methods, standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
Enabling reusable self-service capabilities and integrating partner ecosystems
Collaborating with the Design & Solution Delivery team
Developing innovative integrations and deployment patterns
Conducting prototyping and sandboxing
Monitoring and supporting delivery performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering or a related field
10+ years of experience in process design, optimization, and transformation delivery
Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma
Proven track record in delivering BPM, BPI, and BPR solutions at enterprise scale
Strong understanding of process modeling tools, methodologies, and performance analytics
Experience in managing process tools, training, and governance frameworks
Experience in managing complex process ecosystems and partner networks
Strategic mindset with operational execution capability
Demonstrated ability to build scalable, reusable, and self-service process capabilities that accelerate delivery
Exceptional communication skills
Experience using and or administering BPM tools such as Signavio
Project management experience
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across process design, delivery, and operations
