You have experience in performance marketing at an agency or in-house and create strategies that work in practice.
You think backward from goals, set clear priorities, and keep complex setups on course.
You understand the levers in both Social and Google Ads and coordinate them confidently.
You provide clarity for teams and clients—transparent, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
You identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and continuously take the roadmap to the next level.
