About the role
- Accountant supporting finance functions in Bulgaria and newly established investment brokers globally. Preparing management accounts and handling Accounts Payable functions with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Direct assistance of the finance function in Bulgaria as well as the newly established investment brokers around the globe
- Preparation of monthly management accounts for the newly established investment brokers
- Responsible for the Accounts Payable function in the newly established investment brokers, including receipt and booking of invoices, oversight of accounts payable, coordination with local finance professionals, etc.
- Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, regulators and other counterparties
- Participation in the transfer pricing arrangements between the entities within the Group
Requirements
- 1 -2 years of previous experience in Finance
- Experience in financial reporting and month-end process
- Good presentation skills (written & oral)
- Ability to interpret new and complex data
- Very good analytical skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- English fluency
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and participate in various projects involving multiple people with various backgrounds
