Responsibilities
Identify and pursue business opportunities using different technologies and solutions on data conversion, AI OCR, workflow management and automation
Identify and explore new sectors of market
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Monitor market trends and intelligence, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role selling solutions either on outsourcing and IT industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Cantonese, English
Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Deep knowledge in Hong Kong BPO market is preferred
