About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the project management team by providing guidance, guidelines, standards and best practices related to project management
- Oversee and monitor the teams and activities involved throughout the entire process, ensuring the defined development methodology is applied to improve productivity and the quality of deliverables and services
- Plan client engagement through contacts and meetings to identify expectations and needs
- Assign tasks and follow up with the team to ensure they are completed within established deadlines
- Control projects and manage their progress across multiple aspects, such as status, schedule, cost and profit margin
- Prepare required reports and use the tools defined by the company
- Interact with other areas of the company to negotiate resources, request services and set execution deadlines
- Drive successful delivery and ensure all initiatives are aligned with strategic goals
Requirements
- Degree in Technology and/or Project Management, preferred
- Experience in Software Project Management
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Lean and SAFe methodologies
- Knowledge of Project Financial Management
- People management skills
- Leadership ability
- Degree, postgraduate or MBA in Technology Project Management
- Knowledge of the Financial/Banking market
- Certifications: Agile, PMP, Scrum
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project
