Responsibilities
Conduct salary movement studies
Analyze and interpret results of salary surveys
Perform job evaluations
Prepare market benchmark studies
Support annual salary review processes
Contribute to benefits studies and analyses
Work in partnership with the commercial team, supporting pricing-related topics
Work collaboratively with the entire HR team (Recruitment & Selection, Development, Payroll and HR Business Partners)
Ensure practices are aligned with internal policies and organizational strategies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation
Experience with:
Salary surveys
Annual salary review
Benefits studies
Intermediate/advanced Excel
Knowledge of SAP HR (corporate)
Experience with compensation methodologies (e.g., Towers)
Experience with expatriation processes
Experience in B2B companies and/or multinational organizations
