• Analista de Controladoria SR at Mobyan focused on financial planning, analysis, and control. Collaborating with teams to enhance productivity and efficiency in financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Play a leading role in controllership and financial planning, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
• Apply agile methodologies in the execution of responsibilities.
• Use expertise in management closing, EBITDA, income statement (DRE), managerial balance sheet and debit notes.
• Monitor proper classification, reclassification and accounting reconciliation; analyze all accounts and their entries in accordance with legal definitions and the company’s chart of accounts to meet budget objectives.
• Build digital financial statements/reports to support decision-making. Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budgets in SAP (budget supplementation), and analyze revenue trends and budgeting.
• Establish processes across departments, acting as a business partner in the budgeting process.
• Conduct financial monitoring of costs and expenses, identifying opportunities to reduce spending.
• Ensure information governance throughout the process.

Requirements

• Experience: Preferably experience in Controllership and Financial Planning.
• Skills: Advanced Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Broad knowledge of financial management, including: income statement analysis (DRE), budget preparation, reconciliation of accounting results, cost and expense control, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and budgeting processes.
• Software/Systems:
• Integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) planning system (e.g., SAP).
• Education: Preferably Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Controllership, Finance or related fields.
