About the role
- IT/OT System Analyst supporting project execution in a major pharmaceutical company. Collaborating in planning, requirements gathering, and integration technology in industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Support the IT/OT specialist in planning and executing industrial projects;
- Elicit and specify technical and functional requirements;
- Assist the IT/OT specialist in designing the integration architecture;
- Participate in defining scope, schedule, and risks;
- Support the IT/OT specialist in technical coordination with vendors and integrators;
- Assist the specialist in planning, executing, and documenting FAT and SAT tests;
- Ensure traceability of requirements, tests, and deliverables;
- Support commissioning, computer system validation (CSV), and go‑live;
- Prepare, validate, and maintain technical and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Experience with industrial IT/OT environments;
- Knowledge of industrial automation (PLC, HMI, SCADA);
- Solid understanding of industrial and corporate networks;
- Knowledge of industrial protocols;
- Familiarity with good practices for technical documentation;
- Basic knowledge of OT cybersecurity;
- Ability to read technical documentation in English.
- Preferred / a plus:
- Experience with MES, LIMS, or data historians;
- Experience integrating OT systems with ERP (SAP or similar);
- Participation in system validation (CSV) is a plus.
