Responsibilities
Build the department budget: Participate in the construction of the area’s Business Plan (BP), collaborating with sales, marketing and finance teams to define short-, medium- and long-term targets.
Ensure consistency between sales forecasts and the company’s financial objectives.
Sales and revenue KPI analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across the partner portal sales journey, such as revenue, conversion rate, average ticket (average order value), and others. Track revenue KPIs such as new sales, cancellations and renewals, and provide actionable insights to the commercial team. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, presenting clear and actionable information to the commercial area.
Goal and results management: Collaborate in the creation and execution of periodic action plans to ensure targets are met, aligning team strategies and resources.
Reports and presentations: Create detailed reports and presentations with the area’s data and results, presenting insights and strategic actions in follow-up meetings.
Sales behavior analysis: Prepare studies and monitor sales behavior based on metrics such as payment methods, policy term, bonus class, among others.
Dashboard creation and maintenance: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards that present up-to-date performance indicators, facilitating quick decisions and strategy adjustments.
Financial monitoring of the area’s expenses: Closely monitor expenses related to the commercial area to ensure the budget is met. Work with the finance team to ensure commercial spending stays within targets and identify possible adjustments to optimize costs.
Business Cases (BCs) - monitoring and requests: Track and validate Business Cases (BCs) requested for commercial initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s financial and sales objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
Previous experience in commercial planning, sales KPI analysis, or revenue management.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing and finance.
Strong communication skills, analytical ability and strategic vision.
Experience creating, manipulating and producing data and dashboards.
