Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in Culture, Organizational Development, Change Management, or Employee Experience roles.
- Ability to connect business strategy with people’s needs, creating solutions that deliver real, positive impact.
- Excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage diverse and multicultural audiences.
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies and Design Thinking applied to the people experience.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to communicate in language that welcomes everyone.
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
