About the role

• Senior Manager/Principal Consultant developing strategies for manufacturing companies at TMG Consultants. Leading projects and collaborating with clients to drive innovation and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• As a highly experienced consultant and expert in Operations, you develop future-proof strategies and concepts for manufacturing companies that sustainably advance our globally operating clients
• Drawing on your experience, you take responsibility for demanding consulting projects, lead project teams of varying sizes, and manage complex project deliverables
• At the same time, you ensure project success through close coordination with client decision-makers and act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Maintaining existing client platforms and relationships, as well as acquiring new clients and networks, are part of your responsibilities, as is project acquisition
• You support the ongoing development of our consulting methods and tools and the Competence Center Operations, and actively contribute to shaping the entrepreneurial future of TMG Consultants

Requirements

• You hold an excellent degree in engineering or business administration (MBA or PhD preferred)
• You have several years of consulting experience in a relevant consultancy
• You have excellent project management and organizational skills, as well as extensive experience moderating and leading project teams
• You have solid experience in acquiring new projects and clients, as well as in further developing consulting and service offerings
• You demonstrate strong communication skills in both German and English
• You work collaboratively with high commitment and initiative within the team and ensure targeted knowledge and experience sharing
