Responsibilities
Produce final design across channels focusing on digital marketing assets like banners and social creatives
Handle versioning, adaptation, and localization of assets
Act as a brand guardian ensuring assets meet standards and requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders across brand, marketing, and market teams
Manage multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining quality
Maintain and develop design assets, templates, workflows, and processes
Leverage AI tools in daily work and contribute to the development of AI-enabled production workflows.
Requirements
3–5 years' experience in producing high-performing designs in a consumer tech or commercial scale up
Strong execution skills with attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual consistency
Expert in relevant tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience working with digital channels and understanding channel-specific production requirements
Practical experience in using AI tools for automation, asset generation, and workflow optimisation.
Ability to communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders.
