Marketing Specialist coordinating and executing marketing activities to support Aspire HFI’s business goals in Houston, TX with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
Coordinate with internal teams (Physicians, clinic staff, creative, content, product, and sales) to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
Manage the creation of marketing assets, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns and programs.
Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, and display advertising.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required.
At least three years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Experience with digital marketing channels (preferably social media).
Experience managing budgets and allocating resources.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
