Responsibilities
Define and execute targeting, cadence, and format for catalog and direct mail campaigns
Lead A/B, holdout, and contact strategy tests; analyze results and implement improvements to maximize ROI
Evaluate campaign performance, deliver clear insights, and recommend actions for future optimization
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment
Manage and coach a direct report, driving accountability and growth
Oversee budgets, track spend and improve cost efficiency and marketing productivity
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in catalog and direct mail marketing
Experience in a vertically integrated retailer, with demonstratable success in product creativity and financial results
Proficiency with campaign measurement tools
Strong Excel skills required
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, test design, and interpreting results to inform strategy.
