About the role

  • Sales Enablement Specialist enhancing sales team productivity and customer engagement through training at Thomson Reuters. Collaborating across teams to improve processes and deliver insights for better performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales teams
  • Deliver multi-modal training to sales employees
  • Facilitate, coordinate and create training content for both new hire and experienced sales employees
  • Develop and deliver on-going training programs to ensure the sales teams are kept current on all products and competitive developments
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop and manage sales enablement materials
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for process improvement
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to provide insights
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
  • Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent facilitation and training skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and sales teams
  • Some curriculum design skills.
  • Experience with sales processes and methodologies
  • Experience with CRMs and LMS can be helpful (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and sales strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the United Kingdom legal and tax industries preferred.
