Responsibilities
Either you are embedded with the client: you strengthen their teams to create responsible, high-performing digital products.
Or you support the client in designing their Design strategy to ensure the consistency, quality and impact of user experiences across the company’s products and services.
You collaborate closely with Product, Tech and Marketing teams to establish a clear Design vision aligned with user and business objectives.
You train internal teams in Design best practices.
You contribute to defining the product roadmap by bringing a user-centered perspective.
You define user flows and design interfaces.
You oversee the consistency of user journeys and interfaces across all platforms.
You promote the strategic value of Design to stakeholders.
You establish and evolve Design processes, tools and rituals. You take part in improving the Design System, contribute to research, the use of data and the deployment of Artificial Intelligence within your team.
You set up performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of Design on business objectives.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience with measurable impact in e-commerce environments and, ideally, a varied background (scale-ups, large corporations, consulting).
Communication: excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities. You can build trusted relationships with clients.
Diplomacy: you can present your ideas and convictions and manage relationships between different stakeholders. You know how to be assertive when needed.
Curiosity: you keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Product Design, Product Management and AI. Figma Make, Claude and Lovable are second nature to you — they help you accelerate, improve quality and explore new ways to design and deliver.
Humility: you can reflect on your work and learn from mistakes to grow.
Fluent English: you can work autonomously in an international context.
