Working Student Talent Acquisition supporting Blue-Collar Recruiting efforts at The Quality Group. Engaging with candidates and managing recruitment processes within the HR team.
Responsibilities
You will assist with applicant management for our blue-collar positions (e.g., warehouse, production, logistics)
You will maintain close contact with candidates and coordinate interviews with the TA team and hiring departments
You will help create and publish job postings, particularly for the Elmshorn location
You will work on small to medium recruiting projects, such as:
Building and maintaining a talent pool
Designing flyers and recruiting materials
Supporting process and workflow optimizations
You will support the team at blue-collar events, job fairs and local recruiting activities
You will assist with onboarding our blue-collar employees once a month
You will work closely with our (great 😉) Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
You are a enrolled student (e.g., HR, business administration, psychology or similar) and have at least one year of study remaining
You have initial experience in recruiting — alternatively you bring experience from customer service or a candidate-facing role
You are comfortable with frequent candidate contact and communicate openly, friendly and professionally
You work in an extremely structured way — organization, prioritization and follow-up are a must for you
You are detail-oriented and hands-on, even when things get busy
You enjoy working in a team but can also organize yourself very well
You have very good German language skills; English skills are a plus.
