Responsibilities
Desarrollo de negocio en cuentas B2B (grandes empresas y mid-market)
Identificación de oportunidades y apertura de nuevas cuentas
Desarrollo y crecimiento de clientes existentes (land & expand)
Construcción de propuestas en entornos de transformación de negocio, liderazgo y cambio organizativo
Venta consultiva, entendiendo problemas de negocio y estructurando soluciones
Coordinación con equipos internos (partners, delivery, operaciones)
Gestión del pipeline y cierre de oportunidades
Requirements
Experiencia sólida en desarrollo de negocio en entornos B2B
Perfil senior, con capacidad real de interlocución con cliente (nivel dirección)
Experiencia en venta consultiva (no comercial puro)
Capacidad de estructurar oportunidades complejas
Orientación a resultados y desarrollo de negocio a medio plazo
Se valorará especialmente experiencia en proyectos de transformación (negocio, liderazgo, cultura, cambio organizativo)
Background en consultoría o servicios profesionales
Experiencia adicional en sector público (B2G)
