Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow Supermicro’s server and infrastructure footprint across enterprise customers and key verticals
Identify and prioritize high‑value enterprise opportunities across AI infrastructure, private cloud, HPC, data center refresh, and edge computing
Position Supermicro as a credible Tier‑1 enterprise solution provider by articulating clear first‑to‑market differentiation, deep system customization, workload‑optimized performance, and superior total cost of ownership
Drive enterprise expansion through strategic partners and key ecosystem players
Build executive‑level relationships with partner leadership to influence joint GTM motions, account targeting, and pipeline creation
Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, engineering to execute cohesive strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
17+ years in Business Development with demonstrated success driving growth in large enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships within enterprise IT infrastructure
Proven success driving growth in servers, storage, data center platforms, AI systems, or cloud infrastructure
Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and decision‑making processes
Demonstrated experience working with or through ecosystem partners
Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
