Requirements
Proven experience supporting an ExCo/Board executive, preferably a CPO before in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role providing high-level administrative and organisational support to senior executives
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Ability to manage competing demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, experience in preparing high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations; taking accurate minutes; and liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently on behalf of senior leaders.
High-level technical proficiency, Particularly strong skills in PowerPoint (for executive presentations), Excel (for budgets, reports, and data analysis), and Word (for professional documentation). Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint is advantageous.
