HR Analyst – Benefits supporting the design and analysis of employee benefit programs. Collaborating closely with the Senior Benefits Analyst and coordinating with various stakeholders in Mexico.
Responsibilities
Supports the design, administration, and analysis of employee benefit programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
Works closely with the Senior Benefits Analyst to provide data-driven insights, streamline processes, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in benefits delivery
Familiarity with benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA) and compliance requirements (Desirable)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools and data visualization is a plus.
Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
