Responsibilities
A talent management associate's main objective is to attract, engage, and develop talent that can contribute to Bobobox's success.
Understand the end-to-end process of HR management
Understand the core business process of Bobobox
Build and maintain productive, professional, and empathetic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives across employer branding, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and learning & development
Act as a strategic partner within the Talent Management team to support various business units
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, preferably in a startup environment
Experience as an HR generalist will be an advantage
Strong understanding of full-cycle learning and development processes
Demonstrates critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
High sense of ownership and accountability
Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
Well-organized, disciplined, and has strong time management skills
