About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of the Finance GCC roadmap through complex GCC-related programs
- Manage multiple competing priorities, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision
- Track value capture and escalate risks
- Support 'GCC change champions' within functional leadership groups
- Act as a strategic partner to SLT-level executives, providing updates and recommendations
- Foster collaboration with leaders and stakeholders
- Champion development and implementation of global operating model
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- Build and oversee intact GCC teams
Requirements
- 15+ years in Finance operations / transformation
- Experience standing up or scaling a GCC/GBS or finance shared services (preferably in HIH)
- Expertise in leading large-scale, complex change management initiatives
- Strong communication and influencing skills, particularly with SLT and global teams
- Delivery accountability for multi-wave transitions using a structured end to end lifecycle.
