Responsibilities
Assess leads' needs and objectives
Clearly and empathetically present the key differentiators of CS Academy courses
Conduct demonstrations and answer questions about our products
Maintain regular contact with leads through strategic follow-ups
Handle objections with emotional intelligence and a solution-focused approach
Negotiate and close sales with a focus on the student's success
Forward enrolled students' information to the onboarding/implementation team
Support active outreach to generate new leads when required (Outbound).
Requirements
Previous experience in Inside Sales (B2C experience desirable)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with the education market and/or Customer Success is a plus
Resilient, empathetic, and persuasive
Proactive, enthusiastic, and driven to hit targets
Ability to listen attentively and understand leads' pain points
Collaborative spirit and a love of teamwork
Benefits
Compensation: R$2,400.00 base + sales commission (R$2,000.00 to R$3,000.00)
