Responsibilities
Building, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube
Monitoring campaign performance daily, identifying trends and implementing optimisations to improve results
Managing budget allocation and pacing to maximise performance and efficiency
Analysing campaign data to surface insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams
Supporting conversion tracking implementation and maintenance via Google Tag Manager and GA4
Working with product feeds, Google Merchant Centre, and campaign integrations to support eCommerce performance
Troubleshooting campaign and tracking issues in collaboration with peers and senior team members
Contributing to monthly reporting with accurate data and performance commentary aligned to client objectives
Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the team grows
Requirements
2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Strong working knowledge across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Shopping
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Centre
Comfort interpreting performance data and making confident optimisation decisions
A qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
