Responsibilities
- Building, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube
- Monitoring campaign performance daily, identifying trends and implementing optimisations to improve results
- Managing budget allocation and pacing to maximise performance and efficiency
- Analysing campaign data to surface insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams
- Supporting conversion tracking implementation and maintenance via Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Working with product feeds, Google Merchant Centre, and campaign integrations to support eCommerce performance
- Troubleshooting campaign and tracking issues in collaboration with peers and senior team members
- Contributing to monthly reporting with accurate data and performance commentary aligned to client objectives
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the team grows
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong working knowledge across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Shopping
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Centre
- Comfort interpreting performance data and making confident optimisation decisions
- A qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
