Responsibilities
- Manage a geographically distributed team of remote technical resources
- Leading development of new features and functionality
- Enhancing application capabilities on Rocket’s critical back office systems and platforms
- Day-to-day administration of Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs
- Oversee multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Implement and oversee robust QA processes for all Salesforce deployments
- Act as a key liaison between the IT department and business units
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience providing leadership for Salesforce teams
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of administration or development experience in a Salesforce environment
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, etc.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limits
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Some knowledge of program increment planning (SAFe, etc.) or program sprint planning frameworks preferred
- Salesforce certifications are preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
