About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and manage bespoke travel experiences for our members.
- Conduct detailed consultations with high-net-worth members to understand their preferences and expectations.
- Create personalized itineraries featuring luxury accommodations, exclusive experiences, and premium transportation.
- Leverage strong supplier relationships to secure competitive, high-value solutions.
- Provide expert insights on destinations, trends, and new opportunities.
- Manage bookings, documentation, and internal records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure excellence in service throughout the travel lifecycle, professionally resolving any issues that arise.
- Proactively promote Ten’s other lifestyle services, including dining, events, and special occasions.
Requirements
- Experience in leisure travel consultancy or a similar role.
- Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus preferred; Sabre will also be considered).
- Advanced English (C1) – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating international or multi-destination itineraries.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
- Passion for travel, destinations, and personalized service.
- Experience with luxury travel, premium clients, or concierge services (preferred).
- Knowledge of European destinations and global tourism trends (preferred).
- IATA certification (preferred).
- Experience working with luxury DMCs or premium suppliers (preferred).
